They apply to every purchase made from Royal Furniture through this website.
About the seller
An online retailer of entryway furniture, console tables, shoe storage and cabinets, operating from Shop No. 4, Uthalsar Naka, Uthalsar, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. Online only – there is no customer-facing showroom.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy, confirmed by our email once payment is received or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. If stock turns out to be unavailable we say so and refund in full – see Cancellation Policy.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed; payment is UPI or cash on delivery only.
This shop is not registered for GST. It operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The order invoice packed with the goods is not a GST tax invoice.
Dimensions and materials
Dimensions and load ratings are published as supplied by the maker and are stated on each product page. Load ratings assume a correctly assembled unit on a level floor with weight evenly spread. Where a piece is engineered wood, MDF or a leather-look finish rather than solid timber or hide, the listing says so – we do not describe board as wood.
Assembly and safe use
Most items are supplied flat-packed for home assembly, with fixings and instructions included. Tall units should be secured to the wall where an anti-tip kit is supplied or where children are in the home. Wall-mounted items need fixings suited to your wall, which are not supplied for every wall type.
Warranty
We add no warranty of our own. A warranty stated on a product page applies on its own terms. Damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries are handled under the Return and Refund Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where the law permits, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
