Before it is dispatched

Cancel free of charge at any point before the carton leaves us. Email care@royalfurnitures.shop or call +91 92219 10827 with the Order ID. We dispatch within 1–2 business days, so the window is genuinely short.

After dispatch

A furniture carton in transit cannot be recalled. You can refuse the delivery at the door, or accept it and raise a return within 10 days under the Return and Refund Policy.

Money back

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded within 5–7 business days to the original method. A cash-on-delivery order has nothing to refund, and cancelling one costs nothing.

Cancellations from our side

We cancel occasionally – a carton is found damaged in storage, a stock figure is wrong, or a delivery PIN code is outside the courier’s furniture network. We will say which, and refund in full within 5–7 business days.

Wrong size ordered

If you realise after ordering that a piece will not fit, tell us immediately. Before dispatch it is a simple cancellation. After dispatch it becomes a change-of-mind return with return freight payable by the customer – which on a console table is a real cost. Every product page carries the dimensions; measuring first is the cheapest step in this process.

Part of an order

Where one item in a larger order is unavailable, we ask whether to send the rest or cancel everything. If we cannot reach you before dispatch closes, we send what is available and refund the balance.
