How Royal Furniture handles the information you give us when ordering.

What is collected

• Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email – what a courier needs to reach you with a large carton.
• Order contents, amount and payment method.
• Standard technical data sent by your browser when it loads a page.

We never collect or store UPI PINs, card numbers or banking passwords – payments run inside the payment method’s own systems.

Why

To pack and deliver orders, answer questions, process returns and refunds, and keep the records the business is required to keep.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to operate the store: the courier delivering your furniture, the host of this website, and the payment method – plus any disclosure required by law. We do not sell customer data and do not share it for marketing.

Cookies

Only the essential cookies that make the cart and checkout work. No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics. Clear them from your browser whenever you like.

How long

Order records are held as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business and to meet record-keeping obligations under applicable law. We are not going to publish a retention schedule we do not actually run.

Your rights

Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask for deletion where the data is not tied to an order or a legal obligation. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
