Delivering furniture is not delivering an envelope

Royal Furniture is an online-only retailer. Orders leave our business and order fulfilment address at Shop No. 4, Uthalsar Naka, Uthalsar, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. Nothing can be collected in person – we do not run a showroom.

Timing

  • Handling: 1–2 business days to check the carton, pack and hand it over.
  • Transit: 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to other locations
  • Total: 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on business days are picked up the next working day; Sunday is not a dispatch day. Every figure here is an estimate based on our couriers’ usual performance rather than a guarantee. Large cartons move on slower services than small parcels, and festival weeks add days.

Charges

Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the order. The price on a product page is the price of the product; delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before checkout is completed.

Receiving a large carton

Console tables, hall trees, cabinets and benches ship as heavy flat-packed cartons. Please:

  • Make sure someone can be there to receive and sign for it – couriers will not leave furniture unattended.
  • Check the carton for crush damage or a torn corner before the agent leaves.
  • Tell us within 48 hours if it arrives damaged, with photographs of the carton and the contents.

Delivery is to the building address given at checkout. Carrying an item up stairs or into a room is at the courier’s discretion and is not something we can promise on their behalf.

Assembly

Most pieces arrive flat-packed for home assembly, with fixings and instructions in the carton. We do not offer an assembly service and we do not send a fitter.

Coverage and tracking

We deliver across India through national courier partners and do not ship abroad. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected. No movement for three working days? Send your Order ID to care@royalfurnitures.shop.
