How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to dispatch, then 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations. Estimates, not guarantees – large cartons travel on slower services.
What is the delivery charge?
Free from ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the order.
How can I pay?
UPI or cash on delivery. No cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.
Can I get a GST tax invoice?
No. We are not registered for GST – this shop operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. An order invoice is included with the carton.
Does the furniture come assembled?
No. Most pieces are flat-packed with fixings and instructions in the carton. We do not offer an assembly service and do not send a fitter.
Is it solid wood?
Only where the listing says solid wood. Much of the range is engineered wood, MDF or a metal frame with board shelves, and each product page states which. Leather-look finishes are synthetic, not hide, and we label them that way.
Will the courier carry it upstairs?
That is at the courier’s discretion and we cannot promise it on their behalf. Delivery is to the building address given at checkout.
What if the carton arrives damaged?
Photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the carton and contents. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.
Can I return an assembled piece because I changed my mind?
No. Once assembled, a flat-pack item cannot go back as a change of mind. Unassembled items in the original carton can be returned within 10 days. Dimensions are on every product page – measure first.
What if parts are missing from the carton?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. We send the missing part rather than asking for the whole item back.
How soon is a refund processed?
5 business days after the return reaches us. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded within 5–7 business days.
Can I visit and see a piece first?
No – we are an online-only retailer with no customer-facing showroom. The address on this site is where orders are packed and sent from.
