Accepted methods

Royal Furniture takes UPI and cash on delivery. Nothing else.

UPI

Pay from any UPI app using the details or QR at checkout. The transfer reaches our account directly; this site never sees or stores a UPI PIN or bank credential. The order moves to packing once the payment confirms.

Cash on delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is handed to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Have the exact amount ready if you can – agents rarely carry change, and furniture orders are not small amounts.

Not accepted

No cards of any kind, no net banking, no wallets, no EMI or instalment plans, no cheques, and no currency other than Indian rupees.

Prices and delivery charges

All prices are in Indian rupees. The figure on a product page is the price of that product. Delivery is free from ₹1,499; under that a flat ₹49 applies and is shown before checkout is completed.

GST

We are a small online retailer and are not registered for GST. This shop currently operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not apply to it at present. GST is not charged separately on any order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The carton includes an order invoice for your records, which is not a GST tax invoice.

Payment problems

If a UPI debit goes through but no order appears, do not repeat the payment. Send the UPI reference to care@royalfurnitures.shop and we will trace it. A confirmed duplicate is refunded within 5 business days.
